The slow cooker is a great tool to use to make desserts, which is
something many people don’t know. In this dessert, the dried
blueberries plump up with the juices from the apples and the
cornstarch thickens the whole thing into a masterpiece.

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
3½ pounds apples (about 8 large) peeled, cored, and cut into ¼-inch slices
1¼ cups dried blueberries
1½ cups low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

NUTRITIONAL HIGHLIGHT: Ditch the crust or crumble from
traditional cobbler, cutting out loads of fat, calories, and sodium. Instead,
showcase the flavor of the fruit. My husband absolutely loves this dessert.
